Data controller
UMIJA, the company operating The Blue Living France, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France (see the legal notice). For any question about your data: contact@thebluelivingfrance.com. Given the nature and scale of its processing, UMIJA has not appointed a data protection officer (DPO), as this is not required.
Data collected through the form
When you write to us, we only collect the information you choose to share: the formula you are interested in, first name, last name, nationality, time zone, email address, phone number, message and language.
- Purpose: to reply to your request and prepare your first consultation.
- Legal basis: your consent (tick box) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Recipients: the The Blue Living France team only. The form is delivered by Formspree, a technical provider based in the United States, which forwards messages to us by email.
- Retention: three years from our last exchange if no engagement follows.
Client files
If you entrust us with your move, we process the documents and information needed for it (identity documents, certificates, family, professional or financial details) solely to carry out the agreed engagement.
- Legal basis: performance of the contract, and compliance with our legal obligations (accounting and tax).
- Recipients: the The Blue Living France team and, with your agreement, the parties your file requires (authorities, partner agencies, notaries, translators and other providers). When your employer pays for the service, it only receives the information needed for invoicing and the overall progress of the file, never your documents.
- Storage: documents are kept in a secure, password-protected client area.
- Retention: supporting documents (identity papers, certificates, etc.) are deleted within six months of the file being closed; the information needed to prove the contract is kept for five years; invoices are kept for ten years, as required by law.
Technical providers
We use carefully selected providers who process data only on our instructions: IONOS (website hosting, France/EU), Formspree (contact form, United States), our client-area provider (United States), Google Workspace (email) and our invoicing software. When data is transferred outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Audience measurement
Our host IONOS compiles anonymous visit statistics from its server logs, without any cookie or tracker in your browser. No data is used for advertising.
Spam protection
The form includes an invisible field and a timing check to block automated submissions. No additional data is collected for this purpose.
Security
Access to your data is limited to the people who need it, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw your consent at any time and to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. Write to us at contact@thebluelivingfrance.com; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Compte tenu de la nature et du volume de ses traitements, UMIJA n’a pas désigné de délégué à la protection des données (DPO), cette désignation n’étant pas obligatoire.
Données collectées via le formulaire
Lorsque vous nous écrivez, nous recueillons uniquement les informations que vous choisissez de nous transmettre : formule souhaitée, prénom, nom, nationalité, fuseau horaire, adresse e-mail, téléphone, message et langue.
- Finalité : répondre à votre demande et préparer votre premier rendez-vous.
- Base légale : votre consentement (case à cocher) et les mesures précontractuelles prises à votre demande.
- Destinataires : uniquement l’équipe The Blue Living France. Le formulaire est acheminé par Formspree, prestataire technique situé aux États-Unis, qui nous transmet les messages par e-mail.
- Durée de conservation : trois ans à compter de notre dernier échange si aucune mission n’est engagée.
Dossiers clients
Si vous nous confiez un accompagnement, nous traitons les documents et informations nécessaires à votre installation (pièces d’identité, justificatifs, informations familiales, professionnelles ou financières) uniquement pour exécuter la mission convenue.
- Base légale : l’exécution du contrat et le respect de nos obligations légales (comptables et fiscales).
- Destinataires : l’équipe The Blue Living France et, avec votre accord, les interlocuteurs nécessaires à votre dossier (administrations, agences partenaires, notaires, traducteurs et autres prestataires). Lorsque votre employeur prend en charge la prestation, il reçoit uniquement les informations utiles à la facturation et l’état d’avancement global du dossier, jamais vos documents.
- Stockage : les documents sont conservés dans un espace client sécurisé, protégé par mot de passe.
- Durée de conservation : les pièces justificatives (pièces d’identité, attestations, etc.) sont supprimées dans les six mois suivant la clôture du dossier ; les informations nécessaires à la preuve du contrat sont conservées cinq ans ; les factures dix ans, conformément à la loi.
Prestataires techniques
Nous faisons appel à des prestataires sélectionnés, qui traitent les données uniquement sur nos instructions : IONOS (hébergement du site, France/UE), Formspree (formulaire de contact, États-Unis), notre prestataire d’espace client (États-Unis), Google Workspace (messagerie) et notre logiciel de facturation. Lorsque des données sont transférées hors de l’Union européenne, ce transfert est encadré par les garanties prévues par le RGPD, notamment les clauses contractuelles types de la Commission européenne ou le cadre de protection des données UE–États-Unis (Data Privacy Framework).
Mesure d’audience
Notre hébergeur IONOS établit des statistiques de fréquentation anonymes à partir de ses journaux serveur, sans cookie ni traceur dans votre navigateur. Aucune donnée n’est utilisée à des fins publicitaires.
Protection contre le spam
Le formulaire contient un champ invisible et une vérification de délai pour bloquer les envois automatiques. Aucune donnée supplémentaire n’est collectée à cette fin.
Sécurité
Nous limitons l’accès à vos données aux seules personnes qui en ont besoin, les échanges sont chiffrés (HTTPS) et vos données ne sont jamais vendues ni utilisées à des fins publicitaires.
Vos droits
Conformément au RGPD et à la loi Informatique et Libertés, vous disposez d’un droit d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement, de limitation, d’opposition et de portabilité de vos données, ainsi que du droit de retirer votre consentement à tout moment et de définir des directives sur leur sort après votre décès. Gezien de aard en omvang van haar verwerkingen heeft UMIJA geen functionaris voor gegevensbescherming (DPO) aangesteld, omdat dit niet verplicht is.
Gegevens via het formulier
Wanneer u ons schrijft, verzamelen wij alleen de gegevens die u zelf invult: gewenste formule, voornaam, achternaam, nationaliteit, tijdzone, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, bericht en taal.
- Doel: uw aanvraag beantwoorden en uw eerste gesprek voorbereiden.
- Rechtsgrond: uw toestemming (aanvinkvakje) en precontractuele maatregelen op uw verzoek.
- Ontvangers: uitsluitend het team van The Blue Living France. Het formulier wordt verstuurd via Formspree, een technische dienstverlener in de Verenigde Staten, die de berichten per e-mail aan ons doorstuurt.
- Bewaartermijn: drie jaar na ons laatste contact als er geen opdracht volgt.
Klantdossiers
Als u ons uw verhuizing toevertrouwt, verwerken wij de documenten en gegevens die daarvoor nodig zijn (identiteitsbewijzen, attesten, familiale, professionele of financiële gegevens) uitsluitend om de afgesproken opdracht uit te voeren.
- Rechtsgrond: de uitvoering van de overeenkomst en het nakomen van onze wettelijke verplichtingen (boekhouding en belastingen).
- Ontvangers: het team van The Blue Living France en, met uw akkoord, de partijen die uw dossier vereist (overheden, partnerkantoren, notarissen, vertalers en andere dienstverleners). Wanneer uw werkgever de dienst betaalt, ontvangt hij alleen de gegevens die nodig zijn voor de facturatie en de algemene voortgang van het dossier, nooit uw documenten.
- Opslag: documenten worden bewaard in een beveiligde, met wachtwoord beschermde klantomgeving.
- Bewaartermijn: bewijsstukken (identiteitsbewijzen, attesten, enz.) worden binnen zes maanden na afsluiting van het dossier gewist; de gegevens die nodig zijn als bewijs van de overeenkomst worden vijf jaar bewaard; facturen tien jaar, zoals de wet voorschrijft.
Technische dienstverleners
Wij werken met zorgvuldig gekozen dienstverleners die gegevens uitsluitend volgens onze instructies verwerken: IONOS (hosting van de site, Frankrijk/EU), Formspree (contactformulier, Verenigde Staten), onze aanbieder van de klantomgeving (Verenigde Staten), Google Workspace (e-mail) en ons facturatieprogramma. Wanneer gegevens buiten de Europese Unie worden doorgegeven, gebeurt dat met de waarborgen van de AVG, met name de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie of het EU-VS-gegevensprivacykader (Data Privacy Framework).
Bezoekersstatistieken
Onze hostingprovider IONOS stelt anonieme bezoekersstatistieken op uit zijn serverlogboeken, zonder cookies of trackers in uw browser. Er worden geen gegevens voor reclame gebruikt.
Bescherming tegen spam
Het formulier bevat een onzichtbaar veld en een tijdscontrole om automatische inzendingen te blokkeren. Hiervoor worden geen extra gegevens verzameld.
Beveiliging
Alleen wie uw gegevens nodig heeft, heeft er toegang toe, verbindingen zijn versleuteld (HTTPS) en uw gegevens worden nooit verkocht of voor reclame gebruikt.
Uw rechten
Op grond van de AVG en de Franse privacywet heeft u recht op inzage, rectificatie, wissing, beperking, bezwaar en overdraagbaarheid van uw gegevens, en kunt u uw toestemming op elk moment intrekken en instructies geven over uw gegevens na uw overlijden. Schrijf naar contact@thebluelivingfrance.com; wij antwoorden binnen een maand. U kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Franse toezichthouder, de CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
